Plans, credits, and payments
Yes. Free includes lifetime starter analysis and AI Tailor credits with no card required. Limits are shown on the Free card and may change for beta.
No. Starter and Pro are one-time purchases for 1, 3, or 6 months chosen at checkout. They do not renew automatically.
Paid credits expire at the end of the purchased period. Unused Free signup credits stay available as lifetime starter credits when a paid period ends.
Pro includes higher monthly analysis and AI Tailor quotas, plus access to more Alignlie templates. Both include Fix Board, JD recheck, and PDF/DOCX export; cover letters are on paid plans.
You can move from Starter to Pro by paying for a new Pro term. Same-plan repurchase and downgrades are blocked until the current period ends. Details are in the Terms.
Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable once a billing period or credit pack is fulfilled. Failed or cancelled payments do not grant credits.
